Now it also looks like some of it's body is coming out of the shell!!! I'm not really sure what I can do to help it! Any ideas??

On the petsnail wesbite it says " there may be some milage in puncturing the body to relieve some of the snails discomfort from the swelling. The body can and will be healed if the snail survives the swelling." Should i do that?

I tried to attach a picture. Searching more through the forum, I think it might be a mantle collapse how sad I'm not sure what to do now! Attachments:

I replied in your other thread.
I for one would be very reluctant to attempt to puncture any swelling.
I've read in various threads here that people seem to achieve good results bathing the snail in cooled green tea. That might be worth a try if you have any green tea at hand.
