Oh right, yes, I do think there's the root of the problem - they need more variety in the diet, for vitamins, nutrients and protein, and they're apathetic due to not getting enough of those. I really recommend you to get fish flakes (or kitten/puppy food), soak it up in water so it's soft, and offer it to them. I don't think there can be too many "wrong" ingredients in fish flakes - just make sure there's vitamin D. In this case it's very much okay to gently place them on the soaked food, because snails usually instinctively take a bite on whatever they're placed on, and they'll find it's edible, and thus be quickly helped with the malnutrition. Also get a sweet potato or a carrot (or both), wash it, and slice it up with a peeling knife or cheese cutter. Snails love that. The slices also stick to terrarium walls, and the snails can climb to eat, which is fun to see. If you live in, or know, an area where you could get dandelion leaves and/or nettles that don't get pesticide, car fumes or ridiculous amounts of dog pee on them, they're very healthy food for snails. Especially nettles, but wear gloves. And wash them very well anyway. As far as fruits go, avoid anything acidic (citrus fruits for example) because they interfere with calcium intake. Good luck, and let us know what happens!

Well I got one of them to eat before going to bed! I took some cat food, soaked it in water for half an hour, drained the water and added a bit of beer, added a bit more water to dilute the beer then put the cat food in their container and woke them up. One of them started eating pretty quickly, the other looked like he was showing some interest but then started heading to the wall to climb back up. Kinda frustrating but I'm really happy I got one to eat! Still going to get the cat food tomorrow and hopefully get the other eating. Don't think I will wake him up this time, just put him on it and see what happens.
EDIT The other is eating too!! I decided to put him near his food one more time before going to bed, quickly peaked in before laying down and hes eating! Ahh I'm so happy!!! Thank you so much for your help guys and especially you etana! I was worried that I might have to let them go if I couldn't get them to eat, I feel pretty stupid now, its totally my fault they weren't eating but I'm so happy that both are now. Thanks again!

Umm, I *think* D3 is exactly right. I hope someone will correct me if not.
