Checking on the snails last night and I found bits of shell on the tank floor and after checking them all over I can see it's from Tiny. She has really damaged her shell, I am worried she may not make it? I have popped her in a butter tub with soil and Moss to hopefully prevent further damage.

Awwww, sorry to hear about Tiny's shell. Make sure she has lots of calcium available. Depending on which part of the shell is damaged, she might be able to repair it surprisingly well and live a long life, or sadly, she also might not - time will tell. I hope she'll make it!
Did you find out what happened to her, though? Has she fallen on something hard, or what?

I will get a picture of her tonight. The only things I have in the tank are a plastic guinea pig tunnel, a plastic plant pot and plastic plant pot saucer and a fake leafy thing so I don't know how she has done it, the box is quite high so maybe she just fell

Hi slinky, From the photos it appears that the damage is to the new growth around the shell opening. This is very, very common in young snails that are still growing - that part of the shell is extremely thin and fragile while they are growing it. Because it's so fragile, it can get damaged incredibly easily. What usually happens is that if it gets damaged or broken, the young snail will remove the rest themselves so that they can concentrate on re-growing more shell in that area. It's nothing to worry about at all as long as your snail has calcium available to keep working on new shell.

The bit on the back end of the shell on the side is really bad, a huge chunk of shell is missing and I can see what looks like organs under it?

looking at the second photo (i guess you're referring to that?) then although there is some damage it's not a problem, losing part of the front of the shell does no harm. Sometimes you can see the mantle past the damaged part which is probably what you're seeing, again this is not a problem. don't worry just be careful not to pick her up or hold her by the shell atall for a while and she should repair it (new repairs are very delicate hence keep handling to a minimum) dont worry
