Hey there!
I'm new here in the forums, and I really need your help about some issue..
I think something is wrong with my snail. It just doesn't touch the ground. When I pick it up, it comes out and everything seems to be normal, but when I put it on the ground, it gets back to it's shell. Every time it's the same situation, and I wonder what is wrong with it. I'll be glad if some of you, guys (or girls..) can help.
Thanks,
Raven.

What substrate do you have? this may effect the snail's willingness to move on it.
Although, If by not liking the ground you're refering to hanging around the roof all the time then most snails do that they LOVE being upside down.

How long have you had this snail?
Do you see the snail moving around on other surfaces (your hand, the walls, the roof), and eating?
