Wow those are absolutely beautiful images. How long do your snails live on average? I can tell by your habitat setup that you know what your doing with your pet snails there! Can you give us some more details on your other tanks? Do you have fish tanks with snails in them or no? Billy Loves to Eat

Very nice snails! However snails do best with a diet of different fruits and veggies along with a calcium source such as cuttlebone or limestone blocks. This type of diet helpes your snails shell growth and helps them stay healthy.

I think maxdarv meant that they brought in some branches and leaves from outside for their stick insects, and the garden snails were on them, rather than that they are feeding them a stick insect diet.

i suspect they're three types of jadatzi your fulica.
Achatina (lissachatina) fulica jadatzi form jadatzi (yellow shell, white body) Achatina fulica jadatzi form rodatzi (yellow shell - currently still with baby spots, dark greyish body) Acahtina fulica jadatzi form jade (brown/pattered shell, white body)
They look liek they have come from the same clutch which if they do would mean they are certainly forms of jaddatzi and certain aspects of their colouring also leads me to suspect this.
The moss looks a little dry (or is it just very white?)
The jadatzi form jade has got shell growth problems. this is common in the heavily inbred jaddatzi line sometimes there's little you can do. However to increaase the chances of good growth, if you do not do this already, i would make sure you have pleanty of calcium sources available (do not force feed calcium though), up the vitamin D3 intake (e.g. with moistened fish flakes) and make sure they get protein once a week (such as soaked fishflakes, dog food etc) and avoid low nutrition foods such as iceberg lettuce and cucumber.

ones suppose to be a normal. Not really that bothered.
Its the moss it very pale drys out very quick I spraying daily as it is and it still drying out quick.
There getting a mix of Cucumber, Gem Lettuce and Parsly. I can add fish flakes no problem. Will sprinkling there food with calcium help.
Will they take ferrets food, what I feed if 36% protein.
I don't beleave there from the same clutch when I asked how old they were the guys said 12 to 17 weeks.
I assume being they been over inbred freezing any egg is a must

Aawwww, very sweet little snailies. Don't sprinkle calcium powder on their food, they do better with a permanent calcium source (such as a cuttlebone) that they can use when they want to.
