I did some research and I think these worms are parasites While cleaning their tank I poured out the dirt into my garden and I saw a tiny worn with a spade like head in the dirt . I think it's a snail eating worn. Please help?!

It's not a parasite. As for if it's harmful: Maybe, but maybe not. Some flatworms will eat snails, but some are harmless and will instead eat other worms which may cause your snails problems. Either one can be found in florida, so a picture would help ID it.
I actually wish I had some predatory flatworms to eat all the fruit fly larvae in my terrariums.

Camera is not working but it has a black head, Translucent like body with a black stripe going down its bakc

Black head and black stripe? Might be Bipalium kewense, which may snack on your snails.

This is a nematode. They are garden pests and will eat your snail faster than you can say crap... They are really hard to get rid of but I would recommend removing anything you have seen nematodes on. drowningindemons
