So i have a ittle snail called Ezekiel, hes growing really fast but hes still too little for a big water bowl. I was curious what anyone else has used for baby snails. I was thinking of using a lucozade lid, would that be ideal.
Also is it normal for snails ro have scuff marks on their shell. He has a few scratches but he seems ok there only light

For young or very small snails I would simply mist the tank once or twice a day. I think they get most of their water from food like lettuce anyway! I don't leave standing water for any of my big species either; they seem to do fine from just a daily misting. It depends on the temperature of your house and ventilation of the container you have them in, but this should work! As for the scuff marks, this seems pretty normal. As long as you are providing the snail with some source of calcium its shell should grow out just fine

The scuffing sounds like other snails rasping on the shell at some point.
As for water... I use the exact same method as Tiger even for my adult snails. I generally place some lettuce leaves on the ground and then spray them so there is visible "wetness" to them and all seems good.
