Ok, so I don't have a photo of Speck, but I will describe him. Speck is a 5 month old Helix aspera and is still only the size of a newly hatched baby. He lives under the eaves of one of the terrarium lids and comes out every evening to seek food, then finds his way back to the exact spot to sleep. Will be curious to see if he ever grows. Super cute little runt.

I have no idea how large helix aspersa is supposed to be at that stage, but what I can say is that some snails may take a little longer than their peers to grow. As long as Speck has access to a cuttlebone, it should grow larger soon. If not, then its a runt. 🤣

All of Speck's siblings are nearly adult size (whole walnut size) He nibbles on cuttlebone crumbs but still hasn't grown at all.
