Are there any foods that snails can eat, but it doesn't get moldy? My snails are hibernating, and they're probably going to be really hungry when they wake up, but I don't want to risk the terrarium getting moldy (the dirt isn't real dirt), and can't really seem to find good info on lots of stuff. I heard that seeds are edible, but when I searched up "do sunflower seeds get moldy?", it just linked to a million articles, and it'll probably be really hard to find a food I can put in my terrarium without having to worry about it getting the entire place moldy, and them waking up when I'm away, and then dying.

Not really. Everything suitable for snails will get moldy, and you just have to change it out. Seeds will get moly also if they are roasted, along with oats/cereals since they have to be hoisted before feedings.
Snails of course will eat sprouts and living lettuce, etc, so if you put an LED grow light above your terrarium and start sporting things they will have some live plants available to eat.
Mold isn't really that dangerous to snails though. I don't swap my food out everyday since it would be highly impractical with my room full of terrariums and they eat moldy food just fine.

I didn't know mold isn't that dangerous to snails, but I don't want the ground to just become a giant moldy mess, too.

It shouldn't... Are you keeping the food on a dish or just on the soil?

That's weird, I feed my snails broccoli all the time and it usually doesn't smell bad, if it makes a difference I only feed them the stalk, they never eat the buds.
Other than broccoli, carrots and sweet potato also last a long time.

All food will get moldy sooner or later, some (like seeds, nuts etc) will last longer than others but will eventually mold or rot. As Liguus suggests, you can try planting some seeds in the tank for edible plants (sunflower seeds grow in my tank with no problems without using artificial light), or pick up a live lettuce and place it in there.
