Hello, I bought three Zachrysia Guanensis a month ago, and one is already deceased. I keep them on moist peat and re-spray once a day. For food they are getting lettuce, fruits, vegetables. Additionally calcium powder, cuttlebone and dried gamarus. The temperature is ~25C.
If you need any other information please let me know.
What can I be doing wrong? Please help.

Peat is acidic and not a good substrate. Coconut coir is much better. What is the humidity % like in the terrarium?
Also if they are not eating much try feeding them Mango, Mushrooms, and sweet potatoes. Those seem to be favorites of most carribean snails.

I looked at the package of the soil and it is coconut soil(looks like peat). As for the humidity I can't say exactly how much, but the soil is wet and glass is fogged up. What humidity % should I be aiming for? I really need a hygrometer will try your recommendations.
