My snail deosnt sleep in winter but now he sleeping in spring

Has he sealed himself in? There could be all sorts of things causing him to hibernate - the temperature could be too cold, the temperature could be too hot, there might not be enough humidity, there might be too much humidity, I guess it's possible that there are parasites or something in the substrate and he's sealed himself in to protect himself? I think it's possible that he could also be tired if he has laid eggs recently or something like that.
Check all your conditions, and he should wake up (but let him wake up by himself, if you wake him and the conditions aren't right he'll just hibernate again).
