So, I was out in the creek bed in my backyard and I found a banana slug, he’s very cute and fairly healthy looking, but I wasn’t sure about these guys as pets. My parents and siblings really don’t like slugs, snails are fine, but slugs... not so much. I set the guy in my helix aspersa tank since I didn’t think he would harm them (since he’s not carnivorous or anything).
So, have any of you kept these as pets? Should put him back where I found him? I don’t know if I could talk my parents into letting him be a pet (for some reason snails are fine but they have a terrible aversion to slugs)

It is the first time I hear about such an animal but it sounds like something nice. Anyway, I personally have a chinchilla and I would not change any other animal in the world. I got used to him a lot and I couldn't imagine my life without him. Just the other day it was interesting to me how do chinchillas defend themselves how do chinchillas defend themselves and reading what I wrote I started to put my pet to the test. It was so funny that it made my day better. I have the huge adoration for him
