I have helix aspersa and helix pomatia pets, when I got back from vacation I discovered several egg clutches, 2 of which were smaller in number compared to the usual aspersa eggs but much larger looking. I measured them and they were at least 5 mm in diameter. Is it safe to assume these are pomatia clutches? imgdump5.novarata.net/tfe079.jpg[/img]

I don’t know, I’ve had my aspersas lay some pretty large eggs, but it is more likely that it’s the pomatias (judging by the size of the clutch’s and eggs).

Thanks for the reply, I also forgot to mention that they are developing much slower than the aspersa eggs that were laid around the same time. So I am hoping they are pomatias.
