my snail is going deep into its shell like beyond the edge of the shell by like 1cm is this normal?

i took a look and people are saying it can be malnurishment i dont change the food everyday could that be the problem? some said it can be over clenlinnes i dont clean the tank a lot there are some small things that move around in there this same thing happened to me 6 days ago when i made this post and the snail just came out normally so i dint think anything about it

can it be caused by poop being left in the tank snails have a strong sense of smell but im not sure if it can do something to them

i heard green tea is a possible solution but im not sure how to do it i hear some people made a paste and some put it in water, and what kind of green tea is good store bough probably not right does it need to be a specific plant

the snail is currently sleeping on the cuttle bone i checked him he has a air hole open and it retracted normally
