Hi buddha, I would have to agree with Greta, though its posible it could be an Immaculata sp. Its very hard to be 100% certain at its current size. personaly I would take another photo in about a month. most Achatina species are very fast growing and in about a month yours should have easily doubled or more in size. Im sure it would be very easy in a month to be 100% certain of what it is

Hi, I did some more thinking about your snail and came to the conclusion that if it was Immaculata then it would have been sold as an Immaculata. If you were not informed of its species then most likely its fulica (many fulica sellers dont feel the need to say so because of its low demand) Ebay and pet stores especialy. Was this from ebay? Im 99.9% sure now that its Fulica, for this reason

axoloa: no, it was not from ebay. My friend got it from his friend, but this friend told my friend that it is a reticulata.
