At what point in the Achatinidae nomenclature does crossbreeding stop becoming a possibility?
How can crossbreeds be identified?
What are the features that distinguish crossbreeds as a particular type?
Are the babies uniform or all different?
Do any have any health problems or problems caused specifically as result of the crossbreed itself?
Can they breed or are they sterile?
If they can breed, what offspring do you get when you inbreed two crossbreeds?
As compared with either parent:
Do some resemble one parent and some the other?
What is the viability of the eggs?
How vigorous are they ie. how strong and healthy are they?
What is the infant mortality rate?
