I got a link to this book from CONCH-L list and thought I will share it. I already informed my BF of what I want for sinterklaas, mainly this book! Last year we went for a combined expensive gift of his choosing, a massage chair, lol. My turn this year.

European non-marine molluscs, a guide for species identification. Available in a bunch of languages. It came out 2012 so it's the latest and apparently best book on the subject.
