Since we currently have hit an upload limit all images posted on the forum need to be hosted elsewhere. I thought i'ld do a quick how to of how to get pictures to show up in threads so people can post the picture rather than links to other sites, please feel free to add any information you think i may have missed or recommend other image hosting sites etc.:
1. Upload your image to a image hosting website.
Examples include Flickr, imageshack, photobucket etc.
2. Copy the image location url.
Firefox: right click on the image and select copy image location.
IE: right click on the image and select properties copy the address/url it should end with an image file name.
Chrome: Rich click on the image and slect copy image url
3. Paste the url into a post.
Either just paste the url straight into the post and put (img) at the beginning and (/img) at the end using square brackets [] rather than normal brackets. OR click insert image (the little square picture image) and paste the url into the box.
TADA! your image should appear in the post
A known "problem" with flickr. It takes while to get to the basic image in order to copy the image url. Here's one way to do it: click on the image in your photo stream and it will maximise, if a magnifying glass appears click it again. Then right click and select a size to view (medium is a good size) that will take you to an image for which you can copy the image location. I only know this as i use flickr, if anyone else knows or similar problems or tricks for other image hosting websites please post them!

If you don't mind, I'm going to do a test post here. EDIT: Wow! Worked like a charm!

For Android users, I highly recommend Picasa/Google+ Photos. Your phone might upload photos automagically to a folder where you can link from, or you can use a free app like PicasaTool to upload and manage your online galleries.
The thing to remember is, though, that any image links copied from the address bar from Google+ Photos will be in https:// format and you need to remove the secure bit from the address to make it appear here, so it reads http:// instead. To resize imaged according to your wishes look at the address and find bit that says "s400" for example ("sXXX" where X is a number). This number can be changed when you post an image and the piccy will resize when displayed on the forum.
(The above may read like Greek to non-picasa users but picasa users should see what I'm referring to... if not, I can gladly try to instruct more!)

Thanks! I sure did fall in love quickly, I never would have thought a snail would be illegal and lovable!

Lovely snails btw.
I use imgbox.com for hosting pictures if its any help. Seems to be very easy to use and faster website/UI.
