After several days, during which my WJ April (about 1 year and half) stand still as already dead.. This. In this first photo, she was still alive: When dead, I broke that ball and that's what I really found: Here, you can see on the left, the same part of the animal.. I wonder if that can be the genitals! April about one month ago, had a big water retention problem: she spend days laying eggs, first one, two the day next, three the next again.. And the twelve. Then she had this retention problem. So I put her on some scottex, she finally put out every egg and everything went ok.. But then, she didn't eat anymore. And last night, this. Her "head" was really empty after this "prolapse", after dead pushing her was like pushing an empty bag. Don't know what it really is, but hope it can help someone else. RIP my dear April

Ooooo that looks pretty bad! Unfortunately, I'm not sure what could have caused this, but I'm sorry for your loss.

So sorry for your loss, especially with your first one. I do not know what could have caused this either, many mysteries with snails Big hugs!
