I´m about to send my babies fulicas for some european countries. On which should I send them: in a small plastic box with holes, compost and food? And then on the exterior in a normal box with some holes? Anyone has experience on these things? Thanks for this opportunity.

When you send snails you don't need to add compost and just a little food or none at all. If the snails are babies you can use those things they put films in,small plantpots and I have used those plasticboxes for casettetapes even. And then put them in a cardboardbox or padded envelope.

If you use film tubes - don't forget to put air holes in the lid!!!!! There is not enough air inside one of those to support the snails.
