A guy that makes snails out of glass

I personally visited their workshop in Fiskars today, and saw the guy (Tarmo Maaronen) was making snails out of glass. I bought one as they were really adorable, mentioned I keep huge snails, and he got interested! I said, "I can show you a pic", and he said "Yes, do that, I'll take a copy of it!". 

I showed him a picture of my biggest snail, Gaius the Tiger, and he indeed took a copy of it for inspiration, and complimented on the nice shape of the giant snail's shell.

Now I'm eagerly awaiting for him to make a glass Tiger Snail lol! It'd be awesome if he did it.

Also, he was happily packaging some glass penguins to be shipped abroad, and is looking for international customers and business partners.

They are. I actually found one of his earlier snail designs in a second had store! I've taken some pics that are much more flattering than the ones on his page, I just have to get around to uploading them.
