Please can you help me. My baby snail loves his lettuce but I know it is of low nutritional value. We do give him other things which he nibbles at but I just wondered what foods are best.

My snails all like carrots, purple lettuce, cabbage and apple. I think kale is good for them, it has some calcium in it. Good luck!

My GALS really love basil leaves and sweet potato. They also like dried daphnia for protein.

I don't keep African snails, but you can try carrots, apples, radishes, yam, and occasional unsalted almonds.

With the sweet potato do you have to par-boil like potato as I was advised to do
