Hi everyone! If you feel like it, you can post a few pics of your favorite snail! Here are a few Peanut pictures: Look! I'm playing in the moss! Smells like mummy's hand (what's a hand?)! She's so cute! Have a nice evening! seastar

My sweet Darius, also known as "Big D" (he's a leucistic Archachatina marginata var. ovum) isn't impressed with my attempts at doing a photo shoot with him! He makes this hilarious half-face smirk and then turns his head away like a proper rebel. The pic is blurry and all kinds of bad because I had to act real quick! I was like "OHH he is doing THAT face! *snap! snap!!!* Glad I had the phone camera ready!". And yes this is the snail who had three consecutive gut extrusions earlier in the spring. I too this photo about a week ago. He's doing so well now.

This is Max. Poor guy is now used to having multiple photo shoots now. I love this photo because it looks like he's going "surprise!"

Glad Darius is doing better! He must have had such a hard time! Max is sooo cute! Peanut doesn't like pictures either, but she sure likes the mirror! When I put her in front of one, she tries to "kiss" it!

Perhaps this would be a great time to introduce Tonga here, Buddy's 'daughter', named as such for the fact that her rasper always seems to be going full speed ahead, and she likes to lick everything, including my hand. I think she half lives tasting the world around her. Haha. She is also very curious and active, taking pictures was a bit difficult as she did not want to hold still. In fact, right now, she's enjoying her new favorite hobby, swinging about on the plastic wrap with holes I put around part of my wire mesh cage top to help keep more moisture in as summer gets underway. She goes up there, dangles, and wiggles around. Silly. I have had her for about a year now, I believe she hatched sometime last spring. She is currently my only snail, which is perhaps for the best. No eggs. She also somehow got a dent in her shell when she was younger, and it seems to be a permanent feature now, having grown with her. She is quite a bit lighter in color than her father/mother was. XD Please ignore the clutter. I am between moves at the moment and there has not been any sense in unpacking most things and many things do not have good 'homes' to live in yet.
