Okay another probably pretty stupid question, but what do I need to feed my baby snails, so they can have harder shells please? I put in the cuttlefish, which I know they munch a bit as I can see "holes" in there. But when I checked one of the baby today, I found the edge of his / her shell cracked or a bit soft. A little chunk came off without even trying to remove it. It is not very big size but he / she is still a baby, only 1.5cm in shell length. What do I need to do now? I am worrying that his / her shell is not strong enough. The other one looks a little bit bigger and nothing's wrong with the shell. So what other stuff (food) I can put in their tank, so may be that can help their shells grwo stronger? Please help.

if the bit broke aound the lip, where the snail comes out of the sheel, then its ment to be soft, its newly growing shell, its why you dont handle them there.

Oh I did not pick them up. I sprayed my fingers / hand and let them get onto my hand and I just noticed that bit fall off when one of them "walk" on my hand. So is there anything I can do to help? Will it grow back or it will have a chunk missing forever?
