Hey guys just wondering if anyone could help at all, I have three snails, one of my younger ones dies over xmas...i was upset but these things happen but now my very large tiger has just died, it didnt even fully retract itself into its shell so im a little worried. My last one (a fulica) seems healthy enough, is eating and lively but his shell is gradually getting greener which its never been like before. Ive given him a totally new home incase of an infection.
Does anyone know whats happening?
Any help would really be appreciated.

Not sure what to say really, in some ways the fact they didn't retract may be a good thing because retraction and then death could be an indicator of an infectious illness. I'm wondering if it is just old age in your tiger and it has happened close enough together to look suspicious.
Snails' shells can change dependent on environment and food so it could be the home change that has caused it. I think you are right to be cautious and change his home, but I don't necessarily think you have a problem per se.
If you can explain the history of when you got them, that may help. I think introducing a new snail to your existing ones is always risky to some degree because there is a chance of introducing new bacteria etc.
