Hi everyone,
I couldn't sleep this morning, so I picked up my phone and went on Facebook. Then, I've discovered that in the snail group I'm subscribed to, someone made an illegal offer saying that he could ship Cepaea (nemoralis and hortensis) and Helix snails worldwide! What should I do?
Thanks in advance!

There is not much you can do, hopefully the moderators are smart enough to moderate those types of posts in their group, otherwise they could have some issues in the future. There are frequent cases where people from Europe or other regions offer to sell/mail snails to the USA/Canada, and will say that it is ok, but they say this since the penalties almost certainly will go to the person importing, not to the person sending the snails. So, the customer gets screwed and the seller can keep running his business (unless an agency puts some kind of monitoring system on packages coming from their address, but I doubt that would ever happen).
Mostly all you can do is just educate people about the legalities of such sales (in my own fb group we try to make the USA rules very clearly stated), and if they choose to arrange an order privately anyways that is there problem/responsibility. Realistically, it's not feasible to try and snoop on everyone's private messages to see if they are arranging an order regardless of the rules.

You're best off unsubscribing and writing the rules on your page.
