Hi everyone one of my snails not moving. If someone could please give me advice. Hi 18shar, a bit more information would be helpful. What kind of snail? How long has it not moved for? What kind of position is it in (is it stuck to the tank wall, retracted in its shell, buried in soil etc)? How long have you had it? What conditions is it kept in?

I’ve had them for a week. They are kept in ecoearth soil. They are Helix aspera. I mist them 2 to 3 times a day. Found downward about a day long. I don’t know if it’s too cold in my house with the air on. I have one snail that is active and the other two have been buried.

Not moving for a day shouldn't be too much to worry about, but you can try putting the snail in a shallow dish of warm water (about half a centimetre depth), leave him there for a few minutes or until he comes out of his shell, then put him directly onto some food.
