Im new to this forum and had to join because I don't know how to get my rescued injured snail to eat. (I'm not sure how he got injured but I assume he fell)
It's a helix aspersa aka cornu aspersum. It's a adult and is missing it's shell part by the spiral/whorl, I can see grey organ parts.
He hasn't eaten for a few days now and I thought he was dead today because he was limp and can hardly hold his shell up so I assume his lost weight, his also gone a very light grey color. His also got a jagged shell by the lip that broke off as well
He won't eat anything, even if I put him on it he won't eat. He gets cucumber, strawberry, salad leafs, mince and he ignores it.
I spray him and his clean container several times a day

Sorry for your loss Poppie. It sounds like he was badly injured if you could see his organs. I'm not sure what you could have done to help beyond what you mentioned 😪
