I am beyond devastated. My helix aspersa snails (I own 5) have a mite infestation of Riccardoella Limacum. I noticed these 4 days ago and have been doing regular baths and full tank sanitation daily (they are in a small setup with paper towel substrate, 1 fake plant and food) but they’re not doing anything and I’m at a loss. The only treatment I’ve found is to use hypoaspis miles but the cheapest ones I’ve found for sale come in packs of 12,000 for $20 and $17 shipping which isn’t practical for me at the moment unfortunately. I tried looking at reptile mite treatments but I’m not sure if they’re safe, I don’t know if anything else I could do. It makes me so upset to see them crawling with mites, but I don’t think snails have the ability to “suffer” (correct next if I’m wrong). I love my snails and all I want for them is to be healthy, please leave suggestions on what I should do. Thank you!

How are they doing? for what I know (by reading here on this forum) the other kind of mites is the only solution.. I know it is a waste to buy 12,000 and only use few of them, but is the only solution I've heard abt..
