I think the mating/reproduction process takes a lot of energy out of them. Have they got plenty of food and a calcium source available at all times?

Yes. I will. I can't find A good source of calcium. You can buy cuttlebone from pretty much any pet shop in person or online, or from Amazon or eBay. Limestone flour can be bought from Amazon, eBay, horse supply stores, or some online pet shops. Reptile calcium supplements can also be found at pet shops online or specialist reptile stores. If for some reason you can't buy any of these then providing something like clean egg shell would be better than nothing.

Yes I have plenty of food. I give them lots of carrot slices. 😁

Your snail is cute! I can't quite see clearly, but is the arrow pointing to a crack in the shell? The damage doesn't look too bad though, so try not to worry.
And like morningcoffee says, you should be able to find cuttlebone/limestone flour online or in pet stores. They really need the calcium to help them repair/grow/maintain their shells, so it's quite important that you provide them with a calcium source. Are you able to get any for them?
