New user here. Need help with a Roman Snail. Last Autumn some kids were abusing him in a park and I took him in to check that he's alright. Due to bad weather conditions, I decided to postpone his release until spring. But...he has slept the whole spring! Now he's awake and I would like to give him back his freedom, but I have two major issues: 1. Mantle tear or shell break? Is it normal for the shell to be pointing downwards whenever he is climbing? In horizontal plane, he looks pretty normal, though. I would really like some advice: are his shell and mantle OK? Please have a look at the pictures: sharefiles.app/download/31c39977251d21eb6e63eca0160215c840c6913d2. Eating. He only eats salad now. No fruits, no leaves. He refuses any other food and I am not sure what to do about it. Maybe this is because he is not happy with me, but I am still worried he won't eat anything else once released. Now don't get me wrong: I have the means and time to keep him, this is not a problem. I just want the best for him.
