I've recently adopted some achatina fulica snails and am amazed by how long they sleep!
Often sleeping 48 hours, and 72 hours isn't uncommon for them either.
I've got them set up with a heatmat and ideal conditions so I don't think it's environmental.
How long do your achatinae snails usually sleep?

I’m not sure but, I think it’s normal for all snails to sleep for a long time.

My snail will wake from his sleep any time after 7:30 pm and head straight for his food dish. He stays active all night until morning. Total sleep for a day is about 12 hours.

Mine definitely don't follow that style, they all nap, eat, bury, and sleep for varying lengths at seemingly random times xD They haven't stopped surprising me with what they're getting up to & when The longest I currently feel comfortable leaving them buried is probably the 72 hours as I start getting suspicious they laid their eggs down there and do another routine check - although to be fair to them they don't seem to mind being woken up, especially if they get a new snack as a peace offering!

I’m pretty new to snail fatherhood, but I have 4 garden snails. One gets up around midnight and stays active until 8am, and sleeps. Another one gets up around 1or 2am. They usually go back to bed around 9am max.
I have a 4th one, who has been sleeping for 2 days straight now. I hope she’s ok.. I noticed all the other snails waking up and eating, but this one is staying put. If she doesn’t move in 5 days I’ll be really concerned.
