I have an Oxychilus draparnaudi snail, and she was fully grown when I found her with a large hole in her shell. I had her since October 23, 2020 and the hole hasn't healed. She has a cuttlebone in her tank, fresh veggies and fruits, and protein mix twice a week. The hole never ended up healing, and a few days ago, she fell from the lid and hit something (idk what) and squished the side of her shell, so the pieces were pushed into her. She didn't move for a day, then I put her on a flashlight to find her heartbeat to make sure that she was alive, and I found it. I monitored her heart for 2 days and it's still beating. She hasn't moved since 3 days ago. I haven't checked to see if her hearts still beating today. What can I do to help her? I know that she will die soon. Anything I could do to make her last days the most comfortable?
I’m so sorry to hear this. You could try giving her a green tea bath or just a nice warm bath. There is not much you can do besides give her calcium and hope for the best. I hope she makes it through and gets better!
