So, it’s winter here, and I’m airing out my house. My room usually stays at a toasty 73-75 degrees F, but today it dropped down to 66 (but was hovering at about 67). I discovered this made my snails (3 baby helix pomatia, approx. 3-4 months) much more active. All three out of their shell and roaming! After some thinking, I realized it made sense. They like to hide all day, so of course light wouldn’t really change- but temperature would drop at night. So, I’ve now decided to do this every night. Try it!
