Hello all! I recently got a 30 gallon tank. I am not 100% sure on how these worms got in but, I think they are detritus worms. I read something that said a chemical treatment isn't the best idea. (I currently only have 2 shrimp and 1 snail in the tank right now but I plan to get more.) So, I know that a chemical treatment mite be harmful to all the tank mates. I may just do vacuuming every day and scrub the walls, but I wanted to get a second opinion on this. (I am going to my local fish store and buying possibly 2 more snails and another algae brush.) anybody have some advice? Thanks in advance!

Ok never mind! I think they are nematodes! they look more like nematodes and are on the side of the tank. Oops! I think i'll just see what happens and maybe vacuum the tank every other day. (It is a newly cycled tank.) feel free to leave some advice if you'd like!
