So I have two adult helix aspersa snails, I did my research before I got them and learned that if they lay eggs, I need to freeze them and dispose of them. But one day I got back from work and found a bunch of baby snails on the walls of the tank. They’re all growing well and getting bigger so it’s too late to freeze them because that’s just evil. I can’t take care of 54 snails, I don’t know what to do. I live in NJ and read that they’re invasive so I can’t let them outside, and I’m scared to just give them to anyone because I want them to be safe. Someone please help!
I read a thread saying that if I let them go deep in the woods that it won’t be detrimental to the environment, but I don’t know if that’s a good idea.

Hello! You could try and find people nearby who want them. Or, I own a snail rescue and we might be able to take them. Me and my family are headed near NJ this summer. (We are located in TN) www.starlightsnailrescue.com/I will search for other ways for you to get rid of the babies. I hope this helped though!
