Hi!I'm Val! I don't currently have a snail, but I plan on getting one soon! I'm researching about caring for one and how to get one, If you have any advice I'd love to hear it! (*≧∀≦*)

hi Val!! It's great to meet you. A piece of advice from me is that snail care advice can vary TONS from person to person or community to community as snails are quite new pets and not much definitive information is known about them. So take what you see/read with a pinch of salt sometimes and remember to do your own research into things!! Oh, and be very careful if buying snails from breeders- it is.. surprisingly hard to find someone with good breeding techniques!! Try to ask around if other people have experience with a certain seller and try to go for what people recommend. And some places for snail care I'd suggest checking out are the (newer or more popular) threads on this forum, Petforums, www.giantafricanlandsnails.com/, and r/snails on reddit (I like their discord server more though 😅, you can find it here)

Snails make great, low-maintenance pets! 😃 They do not bark, squawk, bite, shed hair or feathers, nor do they trigger allergies. 😆
