Goodbye Noe, Goodbye Tofu. Snails4you complaint

I lost a few months ago an ill snail from snails4you. I had bought 2.. the second one also died. Both were ill with little to no appetite and also one was small and discoloured.. both their shells lacked calcium. I wish popular snail owners on YouTube and on other socials talked about how terrible snails4you is. Please don't buy. It's incredibly important where you get your snails from.. I'm in pain for the second time.. I put incredible effort with both of them and also money. Rest in peace Noe and Tofu. I love you.. I apologize that I couldn't help you. You'll forever be in my heart. -Lou

Thank you guys.. I'm heartbroken.. Please spread the word so none else will have to go through this. Snails4you is terrible. They don't cull, they send you ill snails and their packaging is dangerous for your snails!!

I’m so sorry for your loss, I also went through this. About two years ago, I bought an Achatina reticulata from Snails4you and it looked very healthy. However, he only grew to about a 1/4 of the average adult size and a few weeks ago he sadly died.
