I have a blue mystery snail (i believe that is also an apple snail ) I am new at this aquarium business and want to make sure he is happy and healthy... but when i first got him he was active and energetic, and now (maybe a month later) he acts lethargic almost... not much movement, and i haven't really seen him eat... Right now i have him in my 10 gal with 2 black skirted tetras and 2 loaches... any ideas why he's acting this way or what i could do? Thanks! ps. he doesn't seem to be picked on so i dont think that's the problem...

I think that's about 25ÂșC? That sounds about right. What do you feed him?

I buy, not sure of the name in english, but little tablets for fish/snails that feed of the bottom of tanks. Maybe you could try some of that. I believe this forum has a sister forum for aquatic snails, you will probably find it in the link section, where you might be able to get more help.
