putting it on just at night is this right? also do i need a stick on thermoater for the side of the tank & what is the ideal temp to keep these at ? alHi , i have a heat mat for my tank what i have my fulica 's in but i dont really know what to do with the heat mat in regards to this weather? do they need it on just at night or all the time? ive been so is there any other snail i can keep with them. many thanks lindseyx

Hi Lindsey, You would need to use a heatmat depending on how warm the room is where you keep your snails. If you put one of those stick on thermometers on the outside you can see then exactly how warm or cold the snails are. I try to keep mine at least over 75F they aren't very active if they get cold.
