My favorite snail is Helix pomatia.
As I live in Croatia, we don't have yet snails in pet shop's.
But I could find snail in the nature.
Yesterday and day before I went to find some young helix pomatia. I search close to road and I was find 6 diferent snail species but not pomatia.
I find just empty shells from young and old pomatia but no snail inside.
Where I can find baby pomatia. Is it to late to search?
Maby is to cold so they burn in to soil?
Have anyone of you babies of helix pomatia and plan to come in Croatia
) ?
Can anyone send me picture how it looks baby pomatia?
