Those of you who have albino margies, do you find them fussy eaters? Are 'normal' margies fussy eaters? I only have the 3 albino so I have nothing to compare them with but there are quite a lot of basic foods that these guys will not touch. They will not even touch:- lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, courgette. Mine are living on sweet potato, apple, and corn. What do yours eat?

Freddie (normal) is a fussy eater, but Izrina (albino) actually seems to be a bit better. My margies don't seem to eat a lot anyway though, even little Elvira doesn't always bother with the food.
What they have eaten though is: Orange, pear, apple, banana, mango, courgette, cabbage, snail mix and I think they did eat some of the hemp and a little bit of mushroom.

Lol no I don't, but my fulica normally eat all that's there. They were the only snails to eat all their fruit the other day lol. And they're the ones that have eaten the most of the cabbage!

They will not even touch:- lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, courgette. Mine are living on sweet potato, apple, and corn. What do yours eat? Yours sound to have similar habits to mine, it actually worried me a bit as i thought they may be lacking some nutrients due to their limited diet. Mine eat apple, corn on the cob, sweet potato, mango, banana (a little bit) and strawberries, whereas most of my others (fulica especially) eat anything and everything- a bit like their owner

B & M love courgette, pepper, melon, corn on the cob, and sweet potato is firm fave. Hit or miss ones are apple and banana. Never touch ones are cucumber and lettuce. Sorry, I tell a lie, they had a nibble on lettuce the other day - but every other time it's been offered they've turned their noses up at it. Well, not noses perhaps... Oops forgot about the babies - they'll eat anything apart from apple. None of my snails like apple And I dont have albinos (yet) but B & M are wild caught originally.
