I have loads in my garden, I could post them to people if they really wanted them. They come in two colours; yellow as above and a reddy brown. Both colours can have black stripes on them, like my avatar. Also unlike regular garden snails, which I've never seen buried, Cepaea Nemoralis bury themselves like GALS. Anyway, I just thought I'd tell you ;D

I collected three of them Cepaea nemoralis from my garden yesterday, all where the same colour, I will collect a load more from my garden later today...Anyone know if they can be kept with Helix Aspera? or other garden snails? I dont see why not, but am not sure

I am, and they're fine ;D. Great ;D I think I will decorate a natural, snail-garden type set-up later today for them, and collect some more snails, I wont put the Leopards' in with them though, cause they might eat them have yours got a water bowl in with them? Im not sure if they would need it like the tropical snails, how long've you keep yours?

I haven't yet got a water bowl in with them but I will as soon as I can get hold of one. They're in a storage tub criss-crossed with branches, which they love. They've also got some cuttlefish in there with them as I've seen a few of them eating their own shells, but only the bigger Helix Aspera seem to know what to do with it . I've had 2 fully grown Helix Aspera (one is the biggest I've ever seen) and 2 juvies with again 2 adult and 2 juvenile Cepaea Nemoralis for a week. I've added a number of babies of both species yesterday that I found after the rain and 2 blonde Cepaea Nemoralis I found at the same time. They seem to be fine but most have mites which I'm having trouble eradicating . Anyway I hope that helps!

That does help, Thanks! some of my Helix Aspera are huge also...ones about 4cm shell size, I thought it must be a Roman Snail, Helix Pomatia just for this reason, but it isnt (I think?) I'll be sure to add branches when setting up their larger housing later

Are the branches you use just from the garden? Would they carry any nasties? Theres a link on the decoration page about it but it doesn't lead anywhere.

The branches are from the field opposite my back garden, someone must have done some tree pruning at some point and chucked 'em in a pile there. Now the are almost devoid of bark and loads of snails live there anyway... so I nicked a few from them ;D. The branches are also full of woodlice, which don't seem to bother/harm the snails. Two young ones even manged to survive the washing of the branches too and now live with the snails in the tub. I am not sure which tree the branches came from but one had some spikes on some of its bark so maybe Hawthorn? I dunno myself.
They are set up in the tank so they connect the bottom corner at one side to the top in another with other branches interconnecting them.
The Helix Aspera get easily bored, before I added their branches they just sat around listlessly, now they seem fine.

How did you set them up like that? With the weight of an L.fulica wouldn't it fall down?

Probably, but its only for Cepaea Nemoralis and Helix Aspera.
I wouldn't dare use branches I got from outside with GALS, I don't know what they might catch.
They wouldn't fall down with my Fulica anyway, they're still only about 1cm long!

lol. My biggest is 11cm. Don't think I could find a branch big enough! Unless I used a whole tree of course....
