They hatched a time ago. They are getting bigger and bigger! And they are still laying eggs! I have loads of bubas now! I´m really happy!

Hi The snails from the first batch of Gittenbergeria turriplana are already juveniles, so I sent some to be released in the wild! They are a very rare specie so I´m really happy to help them getting back to life again. I got some more native species from the field work about fireflies and I´m keeping some like Balea (sp?), Oxychillus drapanaudi, the rare Oestophora lusitanica, and some more species. I hope to collect much more.

I have now some Oxychillus lusitanicus babies, I feel very pleased because they are a rare specie. My snails will be present in an exposition in Algarve, in Zoomarine! They said to me that they usually only have salt water snails in aquariuns so it will be a new thing to show land snails species with pictures and some info, and so.
