Hey,
Would snails be ok with eating cooked vegetables (boiled) as well as raw?

I don't think that would be a very good idea, particularly if the veggies were cooked with added salt.
To be safe, I'd rather stay with (well washed) raw veggies.

Hey, Would snails be ok with eating cooked vegetables (boiled) as well as raw? My snails are fine with parboiled vegetables, as long as they've been left to cool down. In fact, some vegetables they won't eat unless they've been softened first (carrots, brocolli). Just cook them in plain water with no salt or anything added and it should be fine.

Hm, maybe I'll try mine on lightly steamed broccoli. Buster won't eat raw broccoli.

The snails shouldn't eat just cooked veg. Cooking vegtables can distroy the vitamins and minerals found within them. If you feed them only cooked veg, then they won't be getting the nutrition they need.
Some tough root vegtables should be steamed or boiled until they are tender, such as potato and turnip. Also my snails won't eat raw broccoli, it needs to be staemed a little first.
The main diet should consist of raw fruit and veggies, with perhaps some cooked mashed veg as an alturnitive.
