awesome! I just came back in 5 years Yesterday I bought 2 snails and have no idea what their speacies are I really miss Helix Aspersas. Thank You everyone for posting stuff about them!

Those spotty guys look like they might be another species or subspecies, as does the Canadian snail on the previous page. They're all very beautiful Here's Atlas. He has a very different looking shell to all of my other aspersas. He's more yellowy/orangey rather than the same brown as the others. It must be genetic as I found him when he was a baby and he's had the same diet as everyone else since then. PS it looks like there are rough bits on his shell but there are just bits of soil/substrate stuck to him.

Nah its alright thanks, mum would never let me keep them ^_^ He reminds me sort of of whodoesntlovesnails's snail in her first picture? Only an albino nodies version? Which i think is just an Aspersa? (: You can buy them? How much

are you sure? I thought it was. What else could it be? Can you identify? Edit: I'm fairly certain now that the species is a Globe snail of the "Mesodon" genun, but I can't figure out which. Edit 2: I'm almost certain now that it's a Mesdon Normalis, but I can't be 100%. Clearly I'm no expert.
