She has only been here for a few days and we are stil learning her behaviour. I was just a little worried because she finally came out of her plant pot around 7pm last night. She was out and about for a while but at 11pm I found she had buried herself. It is now 09:42 in the morning and she is still buried.
What sort of hours do they sleep? Is burying herself normal?
I will post some pictures later as I also need advice on the tank she is in. I fear it may be too small after all.

In the first few days she is probably still settling down and establishing a new routine. Burying themselves for 10-12 hours isn't unusual in sleepy species (or individuals!) and as long as she isn't sealing herself in, she's probably fine. Keep an eye on the food - if you don't see her move for a day or two *and* the food isn't being touched, then's the time to investigate. She might just be waiting until everyone's sleep and things are dark and quiet to explore her new home.

The tank is 16" wide, 11" Deep and 11" high. The temp is around 22-23 in the day and 20-21 at night. I have bought a heat pad and need to drill some holes (Plastic tank) and then attach it. Of course I don't want to do so while she is still asleep in it!! And the humidity is between 75 and 85.
