I think I understand what you're talking about.
You ordered and paid for three snails, but they have not turned up. Is that correct?
This forum can not help you, any sales are private and if it goes wrong the forum cannot be held responsible for this.
Have you contacted the seller? Have the snails been sent? Is it legal for you to import snails into your country...if not they could have been destroyed at customs.
All you can do is ask the seller to provide proof of postage, if the seller has no proof than chances are the snails haven't been sent. If the snails have been sent, then it's down to the seller to contact the post office and track the parcel or be refunded for the lost parcel.
Contact the seller, ask if they've been sent to you and if so, if there is proof of postage. Then either ask for a refund or for snails to be sent again.
Good luck.

If you paid using PayPal you can file a dispute with them. They are usually very good in terms of refunding money to the buyer if the goods have not been sent.

IIRC, the dispute must be filed with PayPal within 45 days of the transaction, otherwise they will not consider it.
