I have seen it, because I still was in Vienna, when the exhibition was on. Very very very interesting exhibits, not only with molluscs, also with all other sorts of natural resources.
I find the idea fascinating, that many Natural History museum collections come from the naturalia collections of wealthy enthousiasts from the 16th or 17th century. The Vienna Museum goes back to a collection the emperor (actually he was the empress Maria Theresia's husband) bought from a florentine scholar in 1750. At that time it was the largest naturalia collection of the time. (I am somewhat astonished the Natural History Museum appears not to have an English edition?!?)
