Sweet! I suspect it's common for pet dogs and cats to take notice of other animals on TV.

Yes my sister has a pitbull that freaks out and attacks the T.V. when there is an animal on it. Espescially the funniest video clips of animals.

When he first got the video he was mesmerized he couldn't stop watching and he would move further away from the telly to his bed and have his body turned away but his head turned back toward the telly. He would be crying every morning to have it put on, my cousin and I started to get worried that he might loose his marbles so we cut him down. He will watch it now and then still. He would actually watch a wildlife show on the telly and every time the commercials came on he would wonder off but when the shows opening music came back on he'd come right back and watch it again. I can't remember the name of the show, this guy running around the jungle in his bare feet, crazy stuff, I wish I had taped it for Jackson cat, he loved it.

he! he! Do you mean you were watching shows with men running around the jungle in their bare feet acting all crazy ness? I wish I could remember the name of the show to see if they have it on DVD for Jackson Cat. Poor little guy, he is 17 now and can't run around and play much anymore. And of course he lost his little buddy Bobbie Dog not yet two months ago. Twice I had two escapee cepaeas, the first I found on his cat food dish, the second time one inching toward the dish, so he still has some buddies.
